Segundo dados do Instituto do Sono, este problema acomete 36,5% dos brasileiros. As causas da insônia podem estar relacionadas ao estresse, ansiedade, alterações hormonais, ou não ter bons hábitos de sono, como não respeitar o horário de dormir e acordar, dentre outros.
